Great story about L.A. Lots to see there both for entertainment and historic value. The Doheney Mansion in Beverly Hills is now a public park but has lots of L.A.'s oil boom history inside. There's also much to explore about L.A.'s old urban railway which was one of the country's largest. westerntrips.blogspot.com
